BarBurrito Canada App FAQs

Will my points and store credit transfer over?

Yes! Your points and store credit will transfer over from the old app (BarBurrito VIP) to the new app (BarBurrito Canada).

How do I log in with my existing loyalty account?

If you collected points through the previous app (BarBurrito VIP):

  • Download the new app (BarBurrito Canada)
  • Press ‘Sign in’
  • Press ‘Forgot password’ and reset your password


If you collected points through your phone number:

  • Download the new app (BarBurrito Canada)
  • Press ‘Register’ and fill out the fields
  • Under ‘Do you have an existing BarBurrito Loyalty account under your phone number only?’, Select ‘Yes, I have one using my phone number only’
  • Enter the phone number associated with your account

Why are you switching to a different app?

In order to offer our own online ordering platform with pickup and delivery, we have transitioned to a new app. We can now offer deals online that were previously in-store only.

How do I earn points?

  • Scan your QR code at the cash register in-store
  • Place an online order through the app

Earn 1 point for every dollar spent.

Payment via app credit now earns 1 point per dollar spent.

Do my points expire?

No, BarBurrito points currently do not have an expiry date.

Can I earn points for delivery?

You can earn points for delivery if the order is placed through the BarBurrito Canada app. Unfortunately, points cannot be earned through third-party delivery services.

I placed an order at the wrong location & I can’t pick it up!

Send the order details to feedback@barburrito.ca and we will try to cancel the order. If the order has already been processed, we will apply a credit to your account.
